1. What we collect

We keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to run a price-tracking service:

• Account details — your name, email address, and a hashed password when you register.
• Price alerts — the products you follow, your optional target prices, and the email address alerts are sent to.
• Contact messages — whatever you send us through the contact form.
• Venue and social session submissions — if you add or edit a venue or social session, we collect your name, email, and any contact details you provide so we can follow up on the submission.
• Session cookies — used to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to operate the service: signing you in, sending the price alert emails you asked for, reviewing and following up on venue or social session submissions, and replying to your messages. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not send marketing email.

3. Product and venue data

Product names, images, and prices displayed on the site are collected from public retailer websites. Venue and social session details are collected from publicly available sources or submitted by users. This is information about products and venues, not about you — a submitter's name and contact details are kept internally and are not published on the venue listing.

4. Retention and deletion

Price alerts stay until you delete them from the My Price Alerts page. If you want your account and its data removed entirely, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Third parties

Clicking a product takes you to the retailer's website, which has its own privacy policy that we do not control. We share your information with third parties only where required to deliver the service (for example, an email delivery provider) or where the law requires it.
